Rune Slayer Class Tier List
There’s no right or wrong class to pick! It all comes down to what you’re looking for in an RPG.
S Tier
The best classes in Rune Slayer.
- Priest
- The ultimate healer class, which branches off into Cleric if you wish to pick up the subclass
- Whilst only allowed to use Light Armor, this is the only class in the game which prioritises healing themselves and allies, with the ability of reviving them too
- Deals Holy DMG when attacking enemies
- Magician
- Attacks enemies at range with magical spells that you can obtain by progressing through the game
- Skill set includes incantations that buff themselves and allies such as boosts to Strength, Dexterity, and Intellect
- Has the ability to shield allies to protect them from oncoming damage
- Can summon food and water to replenish HP and Mana
A Tier
A good choice!
- Archer
- A ranged class that utilises a bow and arrow in combat – staying far away from the enemy always has its benefits!
- Highly agile but relies on Focus
- Battle Aura ability has various forms, ranging from boosting your movement speed and DMG, or reducing the amount of DMG you take
B Tier
There’s nothing wrong with these classes, but be wary of them.
- Warrior
- A tank class which prioritises defense more than anything else
- Deals Physical DMG and relies on Focus
C Tier
Definitely not a recommendation/
- Striker
- A melee class that focuses on using their fists rather than a weapon
- Relies on close range combat, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but it does mean getting up close and personal with strong enemies
- Uses gauntlets as weapons rather than a sword, bow, or staff
D Tier
The weakest classes in Rune Slayer.
- Thief
- Excels in high agility, allowing them to move around in battle at an astonishing speed
- Uses light weapons which don’t deal as much damage
