The Dig It Fire Resistance Potions are required when progressing through the volcano and reaching The Oasis.
Reach the Devil’s Pit in Dig It. This location is where you can find the elusive Dig It 666 Quest, which you can repeat multiple times for EXP and in-game cash!
Dig It Fire Resistance Potions
You need Fire Resistance Potions to go further into the Volkayno Island volcano. Upon using a Fire Resistance Potion, you are safe from the lava and fire for approximately 30 minutes. After the 30 minutes are up, you need to craft and consume another potion.
How to Craft a Fire Resistance Potion
To make a Fire Resistance Potion, you need to speak with the Brewton NPC in the Devil’s Pit. If you can’t see him, look for a cauldron! He’s usually standing by it. Speaking with him unlocks the recipe for the Fire Resistance Potion, which includes:
- 1 Crystal
- 1 Lava Bucket
- 1 Lava Slime
- 1 Lava Flower
- 1 Pepper
As you can see, the recipe is fairly simple. You just need to collect the items by digging in the Devil’s Pit. With all of the items having the Epic rarity, they’re easy to collect. You just need to make sure your shovel has a decent luck stat!
Why Do You Need a Fire Resistance Potion?
With a Fire Resistance Potion, you can wander further into the volcano. This eventually leads to The Oasis, which is the lowest and final part of the volcano, with even more items to collect. Plus, being able to explore Devil’s Pit more means you have access to a new shovel and the repeatable 666 quest.
As mentioned above, the Fire Resistance Potion lasts for 30 minutes, so if you find yourself exiting and entering the volcano often, you must craft additional potions each time you find Brewton. The recipe is the same!
