So, you’ve found the doorway that’s blocked by multiple wooden planks. You need something to get rid of those nails! There’s something important in this closed-off room, so you’re going to want to get into it.
While this room holds the answer to part of a puzzle, you don’t need to access it until you’ve found the radio next to the cot. Now, to solve the radio puzzle, you need to find the correct frequency. How to Find the Hammer
Right! Onto the hammer. You can remove the wooden planks that block the doorway with a hammer. But you need to find it first! Somewhere in the basement, you can find a body with a hammer stuck in its head.
It’s in one of the rooms down the hallway, which has doors that are locked. You can use the doorknob that you find during your exploration to unlock the required door. Inside, the body is lying on a bed.
Walk over to the body and pull the hammer out. After some gore and some uncomfortable pulling, you now have the hammer! Next, head back to the boarded-up doorway and use the hammer on the nails. You can then walk through the doorway to find the piece of paper on the ground next to a body.
