Devas of Creation Olympiad Guide
Olympiad is a competitive Faction game mode that tests your character build and strategy in 1v1 and 2v2 matches. Naturally, to qualify for the Olympiad, a player must be of a certain level to unlock Factions and complete an entry quest. To join the Olympiad, speak to Argon who stands before the Alane Deity statue in The Town of Virdis, and queue up for matchmaking.
Olympiad Ranks
Regardless of victory or loss, all participants receive Elo at the end of their session which is calculated based on match performance. Elo accumulates and feeds into a player’s overall rank on the Olympiad leaderboard. As you progress through the Ranks you’ll earn new titles and be matched up against players of a similar calibre for fairness.
- Bronze Rank – 0 Points
- Silver Rank – 100 Points
- Gold Rank – 250 Points
- Platinum Rank – 450 Points
- Diamond Rank – 750 Points
- Master Rank – 1,000 Points
Participating in games on behalf of your Faction will also adorn you with a sum of Faction Tokens. This unique currency allows players access to unique, exclusive gear from their Faction store.
Hero Status
Players sitting at the top of the leaderboard gain temporary buffs from their chosen God. This acts as a blessing and recognition for their efforts as a loyally pledged drone to their chosen Faction. For a more in-depth look, check out my Devas of Creation Factions Guide. But in short, each Deity offers a unique skill for the player to utilize for a short window.
- Nelde’s Skill – Summons an ice turret to fire sharp projectiles at enemies within a radius dealing Magical DMG.
- Alane’s Skill – Chains players through a delicate life string, if the summoner falls whilst connected, they resurrect.
- Thar’s Skill – Summons a Dragon Head to strike enemies with a scorching flame dealing Magical and Burn DMG.
