Anime Defenders Golden Boy
Golden Boy is the new Secret rarity unit, and yes, you can evolve him. Please note that you cannot trade him and that he is bound to your account once obtained.
Base Stats
In his most basic form, Golden Boy is a Hybrid unit. With an initial placement cost of 1K Yen and a DMG output of 547, he’s a must for any team. The cooldown time between his attacks is 4.7 and his overall range is 17.6. Remember that this is Golden Boy at level 1! These numbers increase as you level him up and upgrade him with traits or evolve him.
How to Get Golden Boy
You have a chance of obtaining the Golden Boy unit when using a Golden Knight Portal (Mythic rarity). To be more specific, he has a 2.5% chance of dropping, as long as you’re the host of the portal.
To get the Rare, Epic, and Legendary Golden Knight Portals, you must participate in Infinite Mode in the Underwater City. Once you have a Legendary portal, complete it, and you have a 40% chance of obtaining the Mythic rarity Golden Knight Portal.
Golden Boy Evolution
To evolve Golden Boy, you need a Primordial Gem. To craft this item, you must collect:
- 10 Radiant Guardians (Retrieved)
- 250 Phoenix Feathers
- 5 Golden Emperors (Retrieved)
- 7 Green Star Rifts
- 3 Rainbow Star Rifts
- 7 Red Star Rifts
- 30K Gold
Both the Golden Emperor (40% chance) and Radiant Guardian (50% chance) units are possible rewards when completing the Golden Knight portals.
